Radio Free Burning Man's on-air programming is as diverse and eclectic as the staff who bring it to you. Although there is high atrition, many staff members return year after year. Some have extensive experience in college, non-commercial and commercial radio. Many have no prior experience at all. RFBM has, in some cases, been the springboard launching a couple of radio careers.
